  • Shower/ Wash carefully with warm water and soap.

  • Warm water releases any bad materials and opens the pores.

  • Rinse with cold water.

  • Pat tattoo dry. Do not rub. Let tattoo air dry for 30 minute. Then Apply a very thin layer of POLYSPORIN to the tattooed area.

  • Apply the POLYSPORIN several times a day for the next 3 days.

  • On the 3rd day, switch to a non-scented white lotion. Preferably LUBRIDERM.

  • NEVER use a bath towel. Always use a new, clean papertowel to blot dry.

  • The THINNER you apply your ointment/lotion - the lighter it will scab and quicker it will heal.

  • (On a long and intense session, it is recommended to ice the tattooed area for at least 1-2 hours Twenty Mins on. Twenty Mins off. Also, use a fever reducer (Advil, Alieve, ect.) just like the bottle says for the first 3 days. The less activity, the better

  • No: Jacuzzis, swimming, tanning, etc. If staying in a hotel/motel, it is recommended to keep the tattoo wrapped so there is no transfer of infections from the hotel bed or sheets

Small tattoos that only took an hour may be healed by only using LUBRIDERM
